Contact us via our online form, email, or phone. Consultations are by appointment only. Consultations can be organized online, via Teams, or in-person, at our Antwerp office.

18. What are your fees? Our fees are transparent and fair: an initial consultation costs €75 incl. VAT. For specific services—such as assistance with a family reunification application or an appeal against a negative opinion from the public prosecutor regarding your nationality declaration—we offer a fixed price. For other matters, we work with an hourly rate. The standard hourly rate is €130 incl. VAT for individuals and €160 incl. VAT for businesses. Only travel costs (beyond 10 km) and registered mail are billed separately—there are no hidden charges for emails, paper use, or administration.

19. Can I receive legal advice in Dutch, English, or French?
Yes, our services are available in Dutch, English, and French, so we can assist you in your preferred language.

20. How long does it typically take to complete a migration application?
The duration depends on the type of application and the responsible authority. On average, it ranges from a few weeks to several months. We actively monitor your case throughout.
